Come celebrate with MoNA!
On 11.11, the Museum of Northwest Art invites you to join MoNA’s Collectors Club as we unveil and acquire a work of art for the museum’s Permanent Collection.
We will celebrate five contemporary Northwest Artists: Granite Calimpong, Dan Friday, Hart James, Margie Livingston, Ko Kirk Yamahira and their contributions to the artistic landscape. Only one work will be acquired for the collection! All the works put forth by the museum will be exhibited at MoNA in 2024.
Come and celebrate the artists and the museum's Permanent Collection at this exciting moment in MoNA's history!
SCHEDULE
12 — 1 pm Doors open: enjoy drinks, hors d'oeuvres by Pies Boards and Books and live music performed by Winston McFarlane
1— 1:30 pm Welcome remarks and a studio tour by Steve Jensen
1:30 —2 pm Celebrate Northwest art, and hear from the artists and their champions
2 pm Unveiling the one: Announcing the work that will be added to the museum’s permanent collection
2:30 pm Join us for an intimate gathering at our hosts' private residence and tour their exclusive collection of Northwest masters. Enjoy dessert and coffee!
