Art-a-phobia: We Don’t Know What We’re Doing - MoNA's Teen Art Club

Creating and sharing art requires vulnerability. There is a leap of faith in the moment between revealing a creation and awaiting the reaction. MoNA’s Teen Art Club presents Art-a-Phobia: We Don’t Know What We’re Doing, an art exhibition created by the club’s youth and curated by the students in the Teen Leads program. Sharing fears, experiments, discoveries and new ideas, this exhibition encourages viewers to see the connections that these young artists are making both within their own art and within the bounds of the club’s creative community.

Fobia al arte: No sabemos lo que hacemos - Club de Arte para Adolescentes de MoNA

Crear y compartir arte requiere vulnerabilidad. Hay un acto de fe en el momento entre revelar una creación y aguardar la reacción. El club de arte para jóvenes de MoNA presenta “Art-a-Phobia: We Don’t Know What We’re Doing (Fobia al arte: No sabemos lo que hacemos)”, una exposición de arte creada por los jóvenes del club y comisariada por los estudiantes del programa Teen Leads (adolescente líderes). Esta exposición, que comparte miedos, experimentos, hallazgos y nuevas ideas, anima a los espectadores a ver las conexiones que los jóvenes artistas establecen tanto dentro de su propio arte como en los límites de la comunidad creativa del club.
