Thanks to your generous support this year, the Museum of Northwest Art has made a remarkable impact on the Pacific Northwest community. By the end of the year, MoNA will have welcomed more than 40,000 visitors, an increase of more than 10,000 people! Our exhibitions, educational programs, and community partnerships will have inspired adults, youth, artists, students, and teachers alike.
None of this would have been possible without the commitment of donors like you! Your generosity allows MoNA to continue enriching the lives of so many by offering invaluable access to the arts that foster community enrichment.
As we near the end of the year, MoNA’s goal is to raise $100,000 by December 31 to continue investing in the quality and impact of our programs in the community. Your generosity opens doors, ensuring free admission for all, year-round!
The Museum of Northwest Art is committed to being a welcoming place, where all members of the community experience belonging. MoNA strives to be a place in which connecting through the experience of art can lead to a greater understanding of the human condition.

EXHIBITIONS & COLLECTIONS
Making a gift today ensures MoNA's admission-free galleries inspire visitors from all over the Northwest and beyond. This year, our exhibitions met the public's acclaim, with more than 40,000 visitors by the end of September. We have already surpassed last year's all-time high attendance of 34,000 visitors!
This year exhibitions such as Silva Cascadia: Under the Spell of the Forest, William Morris: Early Rituals, Joseph Gregory Rossano: Portraits of the Divine, and Peter Millett: Built Forms showcased prominently the rich artistic history of the Northwest and the museum’s role in promoting the appreciation of art. At the same time, through the display of the Permanent Collection, MoNA continues to honor our culture's past and continues to tell our story into the future.
EDUCATION
Your support helps MoNA create a positive impact for youth! Whether through the free Early Enrichment for 2–5-year-olds, the free Teen Art Club focused on empowerment and leadership for 6th -12th graders, or the Outside In Gallery dedicated to amplifying the voices in the community through authentic partnerships, MoNA’s education programs build a future of creativity and opportunities for all.
MoNA Link remains our most impactful program, partnering with school districts for 20 years to increase K-12 arts learning—encouraging children to become confident communicators, engaged listeners, active observers, and tomorrow’s creative problem solvers. Thanks to the generous support of donors like you, the Museum can cover bus transportation costs for students, pay substitute classroom teachers, and provide art materials!
