This exhibition is a testament to the powerful process of healing from trauma through a range of creative expressions. Brigid Collins Family Support Center and Skagit Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Services have partnered to share art and writing created by survivors of traumas including: physical, sexual, emotional abuse, domestic violence, and neglect. We hope this exhibition illuminates the impact of the unique experiences of individuals in our community. We aim to broaden our community’s understanding of the prevalence of traumas experienced by fellow adults, young people, and children. This exhibition invites you to bear witness to the non-linear journey of healing and the deep resilience of our community members.
