I (We) do hereby constitute and appoint the President of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Northwest Art, effective April 27, 2023, to be my attorney in fact, and agent for me and my name and in my stead to vote as my proxy at the Annual Membership Meeting to be held at the Museum of Northwest Art on April 27, 2023.
It is important that all current members in good standing who are unable to attend this meeting please fill out this proxy form no later than Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
