About the Teaching Artist

Hello! My name is Mike Berry and I am an Origami Artist and Origami Teacher. I have been folding and teaching for the better part of 12-15 years. I've taught for Seattle Parks and Rec programs in after school/camp programs, numerous events, Libraries, and for movie studios in conjunction with movie release parties!  I teach classic origami with my personal focus in origami to reuse recycled paper or paper products that are not generally thought of as an origami medium. In this class we will be creating beautiful little paper sculptures all the while learning the basics of folding paper! I look forward to seeing you at the class! www.instagram.com/mr.mikeberry66
