In long summer days, we Northwesterners tend to over do it to make up for lost time. This practice is a mini-retreat to recharge your batteries with asana(poses), pranayama(breath) and meditation.
Kit has been teaching yoga since 1999, and enjoys sharing the way a yoga practice brings richness and vitality to everyday life. A veteran of numerous injuries and arthritis, she testifies to the healing power of yoga. She is Anusara Yoga trained, and holds the RTY500 registration with Yoga Alliance.
