MoNA’s outreach program is designed to promote the creative expression and education of our diverse community through tours, art-making activities, and talks offered at the museum and throughout the region. Our goals are to increase access to the arts for underserved communities, meet the specific needs of the groups we serve, and provide shared cultural experiences.
Since Summer of 2013, we have provided museum tours and hands-on art activities to seniors and adults with memory loss; adults with disabilities and their caregivers; youth in area tribal communities; our local Boys and Girls Club; and youth in juvenile detention.
